Japan's Mitsui Chemicals plans to restart its TDI plants in mid June after shutting them for maintenance. Its 120,000 tonne/year TDI plant at Ohmuta is scheduled to resume production around 16 June, and its TDI plant at Kashima with the same capacity is due to be restarted on 18 June.
