India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has issued a naphtha sell tender for mid-May lifting. It offered a 35,000 tonne cargo from Jawaharlal Nehru Port ( JNPT), Mumbai in the west coast of India for lifting over 15-16 May. The tender will close on 15 April, and is valid up to 16 April. The previous tender was awarded to Glencore at a premium of $25/tonne (€19/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board) Mumbai for lifting over 4-5 April.
