India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has offered a naphtha cargo from Mumbai for end-October lifting. The offer was for a 35,000 tonne cargo of naphtha, for lifting over 29-30 October from Mumbai in India's west coast. The tender will close on 30 September.
